Specifically, for Trainee Surveyors we provide day/block release study programmes coupled with on the job training to ensure quick knowledge uptake, enabling a fast track progression to higher grades. Our RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) mentoring scheme ensures our Graduate Surveyors have the best possible opportunity of passing their professional exams and achieving Chartered Surveyor status. We have an excellent track record of APC success with three of our Probationer Surveyors having recently progressed to Chartered status.
