Lanes Self-Store, Bridgwater
This project comprised a 1,500m2 portal frame extension to an existing facility, enabling the Client to offer increased self storage facilities on site. Acting as Employer’s Agent, WWA negotiated cost savings on the original tender figure to ensure the financial viability of the project. WWA managed the build process on behalf of the Client, enabling early access for their fit out team. The prompt agreement of the final account assisted Britannia’s forward financial capital planning.
