M-Space Business Units, Indian Queens
M-Space at Victoria will provide approximately 4,300m2 of manufacturing/warehouse/office space in 14 separate business units. Constructed to an exceptionally high standard, the units will provide "finished" accommodation into which a business can move and commence operation from day one, without the need for further costly fit-out works. WWA were appointed by Montgomery Property Group to provide Employer's Agent services under a negotiated design & build contract, which included full site monitoring services to ensure specification compliance and quality control.
