Brunel Quays, Lostwithiel
The award winning, Brunel Quays development was built on the former redundant Brunel engineering workshops alongside the railway and the beautiful River Fowey in the Cornish town of Lostwithiel. The Grade Two Listed buildings have been sensitively converted and supplemented with a number of new build units to provide a contemporary residential development that has been acclaimed for its design. WWA provided full Quantity Surveying and Planning Supervision services the project.
