Project Management

The selection of principal advisor is one of the most critical appointments that any client will make to ensure the success of their project. WWA has Project Managers with a diverse range of experience and expertise who will carefully plan, lead, organise and control the management of your project from inception to successful delivery.

There are five principal elements that are the key to successful Project Management:

Time: the key processes and economics of any project are intimately related to time; the controlled management of time and effective use of resources being the processes most likely to ensure a successful project.

Cost: all elements potentially impact on cost and this element more than any other is the headline benchmark of whether or not a project is judged successful; total cost management provides clients with the complete picture.

Quality: defining qualitative requirements is the most important part of any brief; delivering or improving upon the required quality a key measure of a successful project.

Flexibility: the ability to react with purpose, to adapt creatively, to always see the positive in a given situation; most importantly to manage change effectively whilst keeping the project on target regardless of the circumstances.

Risk: identification, quantification, communication, avoidance where possible, considered management where not; risks must be fully understood and apportioned appropriately with care.

WWA offers clients the facility of a “one stop” appointment, providing a single point of liability and responsibility for entire project delivery. Architects and Engineers are employed by us to provide a fully co-ordinated multi-disciplinary team which is carefully selected to meet the demands of any given project. All interface with the client for decision making and reporting is via a dedicated WWA Project Manager.
